Remote first
You’ll spend most of your time at home, working with your team digitally. You’ll come into an office or hub when you need to collaborate closely with colleagues, which we’ll expect to be at least twice a month.
Office first
If you’re in an office first job, most of your time will be spent on-site at one of our offices, hubs, or centers. This will be either because you need to be physically on-site or because of regulations that affect your job.

You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend a significant amount of time working from an office or hub. In most cases, you’ll be on site so you can connect with and serve customers or meet clients.
